JALWAYS routes and passengers...
JALWAYSは東南アジア諸国を始め、オーストラリアやハワイへ運航していますが、ご搭乗されるお客さまの特徴は路線により異なります。JALWAYSの便は日本人のお客様が大半を占めますが、外国人のお客様が多数ご搭乗される便もたくさんあります。

Working Atmosphere...
JALWAYSでは、タイ人、フィリピン人、そして日本人の客室乗務員が一緒に働いています。　マニラ線には3カ国の乗務員が乗務をしていますが、その他の路線はタイ人と日本人客室乗務員から編成されています。異なった国籍と文化を持つ客室乗務員は、お互いにコミュニケーションを良くとり、協力し合うことで一体となって働くことが出来ます。全客室乗務員が同じレベルの基礎知識、日本語知識、機内サービスと航空安全の知識を得られるような教育体系に基づき訓練を受けており、ベテランも若手も礼節を持ち、お互いを尊敬しあいながら共に働いています。皆さんも就職活動で忙しいとは思いますが、是非頑張ってください！JALWAYSでお待ちしております。

JALWAYS is an International airline which operates non-scheduled and scheduled flights for international routes. Crew and staff work together under the same objective that is to provide the best service to our passengers just from the beginning till sending them to their destination with safe and satisfaction.

This is one of our key points of service. Our crew and staff provide the service by presenting our hospitalities to passengers　through sincere smiles and warmth.

JALWAYS routes and passengers...
As JALWAYS operates the flights to Southeast Asia, Oceania and Hawaii, the characteristics of passengers on each route are different from each other. Most of our passengers are Japanese and also we have a lot of non-Japanese passengers on some routes.

Working Atmosphere...
In JALWAYS, there are Thai, Japanese and Philippines crew. At present, the flights are operated by Thai as majority and Japanese crew, except Manila routes on which Philippines crew join us. Even we have different nationalities and cultures, we could work together smoothly by good communication and cooperation. All crew are trained by the same system to have same basic knowledge and abilities of Japanese language, Cabin Service and Flight Safety. Seniors and juniors could work together with respect and courtesy to each other.
