| On January 19 2010, Japan Airlines Corporation, Japan Airlines International Co., Ltd. and JAL Capital Co., Ltd., filed a petition with the Tokyo District Court to commence in-court restructuring proceedings. In connection with these proceedings, the Enterprise Turnaround Initiative Corporation of Japan (ETIC) has decided to support for these companies during their restructuring. JALways’ operations are not affected by the court-supervised restructuring proceedings of its affiliates, Japan Airlines Corporation, Japan Airlines International Co., Ltd. and JAL Capital Co., Ltd.
