私の冒険談　名古屋編
The story of adventure

今月は、私がタイの我家に居るよりも長い時間を過ごしている日本について、ご紹介したいと思います。

日本に滞在するときはいつも、ショッピングや散歩をしたり、時には観光名所を訪れるなどして、楽しい時間を過ごしています。

2年前名古屋に滞在した時には、2人の同僚と共に『不動の滝』を見に行く機会がありました。その滝は小さな滝で外国人観光客は誰もおらず、見に来ていた日本人もまばらでした。観光シーズンではなかったためバスの運行も無く、その滝までは自分達で歩いて行くしか方法はありませんでした。
バスドライバーさんに教えて頂いた道を登っていきましたが、登るにつれだんだんと道は細くなり、道の両側は生い茂る樹木ばかりです。民家はもちろん、通りがかる人も誰もいません。幸運なことに私達は1人の女性を見つけ、その女性は親切にも滝の入り口まで私達を案内して下さいました。良かった、万歳！

ところが帰り道、私達は2時間以上も山々の中を歩き続けることになってしまいました。道に迷い幾度となく登り下りしたのですが、もと来た道に戻らざるをえませんでした。
皆、不安で惨めな気持ちになっていたのですが、誰もそれを口には出さず、気持ちを明るくするよう、努めて励ましあいました。
そのような状況の中、1台の車が通りがかったので、私達はお願いをしてバス停まで乗せて頂きました。バスに乗ってからは数分で目的の場所に帰り着き、私達は無事にホテルまで戻ることができました。その車に2時間早く会えていたら良かったのですが。

この体験から2年がたちますが、この出来事は今でも鮮明に覚えています。
山の中を迷い歩いた事や、不安だった時に感じた同僚との絆、それだけではなく、私達を助けて下さった日本の方々の心の優しさが、非常に深く印象に残っているのです。美しい自然や、息を切らしながら吸った爽やかな空気、さらに、日の光を受けて輝く滝の水や、手に届きそうなところに見えた虹、これら全てがいつまでも忘れることのない思い出です。
また機会がありましたら、訪れる先の国々でこのような場所に是非行ってみたいと思っています。

The story of adventure
For this month, I would like to talk about Japan where I spent more time than home in Thailand. Every time, we enjoyed shopping, walking or even visiting the city attraction.
Last two year, I had a chance to Fudo waterfall in Nagoya with other two friends. It is the small waterfall without the foreign traveler also there is not much of people here.
In the meantime, there is no bus schedule outside the traveling season. That was the reason why we had to find the way up to the mountain ourselves, of cause, the only way was tracking (walking). At the beginning, we walked along the way which was guided by the bus driver. The farer we walked, the narrower the pathway was. Both side had only tree, tree and tree. There were no people or even house. Luckily, we found a generous auntie who brought us to the waterfall entrance. Hurray!!(^^)
However, on the way back, we spent more than two hours walking one mountain to another mountain and then another mountain. We walked up and down so many times because we had lost some. So we had to head back to the previous track. We, everybody, felt poor and desperate but no one mentioned about it. On the other way, we tried so hard to make every happy. Suddenly, someone drove pass and asked to deliver us to the bus stop then we took a bus for a little moment to our destination.
Poor us, we should meet him two hours ago. Then we went back safely to our hotel.
This moment has been passed for two years but I still impress me at all time. Not only the adventure in the forest and friendship in the tough situation that is impressed me so much, but the kindheartedness of Japanese is also touched my heart. The unforgettable is the beautiful of nature, the fresh air which I almost forgot to take out of my breath. Last but not least, it is the waterfall once the water is sparkling with the sunlight; it is showed the reachable-rainbow. It is all in my memory. If I had more chances, I would surely go out to see the place around the world. What's about you? Would you like to go for adventure with us???^^
